SendinBlue is not providing any API Regarding Accounts. Below is the URL of all the APIs Provided by SendinBlue,

Thanks for your email. Right now we offer sync of Contact and Lead with SendInblue. https://prnt.sc/u6a6t0 We would suggest to try with SuiteCRM Contact Sync to SendInBlue. If Integration flow is OK for you than we will provide an option to Sync Account of SuiteCRM with SendInBlue
