#4773 - Issue with SFTP setup in CRM for client
We have received a request for assistance from one of our users. We are having trouble setting up SFTP in the CRM for a client. The user has already installed the 'Data Export module' but cannot complete the setup.
Please prioritize this ticket and provide prompt assistance to the user to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Please also keep the user updated on the status of the key.

Apologies for the problem you're facing.
To Connect Server using SFTP Details, Needs to Enable SSH2 Extension of Server where your user hosted their CRM so can you please tell us your user have Enabled SSH2 Extension of Server in which they've installed Data Export Tools Extension.

tried to access and start work on setup and nothing happens. I get to this page and try to go further and nothing. I click next, save, etc. and nothing happens. It looks like there are menu choices above the red buttons but they are greyed out.
