Please download the version compatible with SuiteCRM 8 from our store. The package is named customloginproforsuitecrm8v1. Installing this version will resolve the issue.

Hi,
Please try reinstalling the package and then perform a Repair Roles from the Admin panel. After that, let us know if the issue still occurs.
