When stalled, the system now won't activate the send button. I type the message @example, and click send. It just sits there. I have run the quick repair in admin, I have tried chrome and edge. I have the apache log error up, but don't see anything, and I have the suitecrm log up but see nothing.

    Can you try below 1) Check and set the correct file permission and ownerships on the custom and modules folder ? 2) Go to Admin -> System Settings -> Configure AJAX User Interface and Disable your module from ajax interface. Then perform Admin -> Quick repair rebuild. and then Relogin and try.

    If above doesn't work, we need to connect and see it in action. We may require ssh/ftp access.
