Hello, We just confirmed that this is the issue with the date and time format. Can you please change it to DD-MM-YYYY HH:MI? For time elapsed we have used the core functions of SuiteCRM. It seems it is unable to convert time for the previously mentioned time format. If the suggested format will be ok for you then use it. otherwise, I can give you core file changes to apply to your file. Let me know how it goes.
