#4428 - Collaboration validate issue
every few weeks we get the error: "It seems license not configured or key is not valid Click here to configure license" in the collaboration plugin. Only after we validate the plugin it's fixed.

This is strange. Can you please verify that any firewall is restricting to connect store? We can connect over Skype. If the issue persists.
