Hi We are getting every week tickets for issues with the collaboration.

only the CRedge team (admins) can press on "click here to configure license" and after pressing the "VALIDATE" button the problem is solved.

The licensing is working for us. Looks like this has to be checked on your instance, where the issue is occurring. We would need to connect to SSH and check for the issue. It looks like could be an issue with some firewall when the automatic license validation happens. Please reach us over skype: urdhvatech
