#3656 - Always having Validate License Key

Every so often, almost randomly I have to click on Validate License key. If I don't the Collaboration field does not work. Is this normal. Shouldn't I only have to Validate it once and not every three weeks or so?

    Thank you for contacting us. This should not happen, Do you have firewall or some restriction that may prevent license to validate automatically.
