#3096 - Can't see the alerts

Closed Bug? created by Gal_Shamir Verified Purchase 4 years ago

Hi, I just started to test this plugin. I have 1 weird issue, while I'm tagging a user, he doesn't get notification in the CRM (he got the email). Added a screenshot for you to see. I granted access to my role to Alerts.

Thanks, Gal

It seems that needs to be debug. 1) Can you check file permission and ownership of below directory at custom/modules/Alerts modules/UT_Collaboration 2) Can you try verify you have entry in alerts table in your database? 3) As it seems you are using roles for restricting something. Can you try admin->Repair->Repair Roles ? 4) Can you create 2 admin users (user1, user2) and use the collabroation comments, and see if user1,2 receives the notification in alert? This is to confirm that Alert notification works and may be some configuration or SecurityGroup, roles configured such a way that they do not get alerts.

Lastly, If that doesnt work, we need to setup a meeting, where I can check myself.

Thanks & Regards, Team Urdhva Tech
