    Hi,

Does geocoding work correctly in your SuiteCRM? i.e. Can you see accounts and meetings in the Maps menu (for example with Quick Radius Map)?

      correct geocoding is a prerequisite.

I will try to help. 1) What is your version of SuiteCRM? 2) Did you add a Google Maps key in the Google Maps settings page (admin page). That might not be available if you have an old version. In that case, there is nothing that can be done easily since a change of Google policy earlier this year. 3) if you have a Google Maps key: * Did you set up a cron as explained in Google Maps Geocoded count page If you did not, nothing has been geocoded. Make sure you use your 'precise URL address'/index.phpXXX instead of ./index.phpXXX in your cron I believe it works better * Can you anyway go to the Geocoded count page check how many records are geocoded. Probably 0 click on Meetings to request immediate geocoding of meetings. This will not geocode all but only by batches of 250 (i think) due to limitations in Google policy.

Did you try clicking on Meetings on Geocoded count page? Do you see the number of geocoded (status OK or Approximate) meetings increasing after that?

Regarding cron, that depends on your system and that can be very complex for someone unfamiliar with Linux. Assuming you are on Linux: - What is your exact system (Ubuntu? Debian? - What are the user and group owning your SuiteCRM folder? - What is the username of the Apache user ? - Do you have ssh access ? root or another user (which one?)
