Can you ask suitecrm the following question “For suitecrm to use Avaya call recording, what Avaya licenses are required other than Voicemail PRO ? Is Contact Store license required?

    Hi, These licenses are required: - Avaya CTI Link Pro license - Avaya VoiceMailPro license for audio recording

    No, Contact Store license is not required.

    Pay attention you have to configure in Avaya settings to store audio records separatly for every single user/extension. (there are 2 ways in Avaya to store audio records - all in one folder and separate for every user/extension)
