#828 - SugarChimp not working

I have installed SugarChimp on our hosted SuiteCRM instance. It seems to run once (syncronise the data between a target list and a MailChimp list) then break the scheduler. I have had SalesAgility support on this (we host with them) but it hasn't resolved the issue (the scheduler ran fine until changes were made to the target list, then syncronised and broke again). This is month 3, so it's run out of trial period and i have paid for the basic subscription and still nothing!
Please could you contact me to try and get this sorted?
