Hey I'm having trouble syncing from mailchimp to my instance of suite

I have gone through the setup steps, selected a target list, selected an audience, chosen to sync between both and mapped the fields. I set up the scheduler for syncing from suite to mailchimp and that works absolutely fine. However, when I create a subscriber in mailchimp it does not sync the other way, it will also not update contacts that have been pulled in from suite. I have setup the webhook on the mailchimp side and when I go to that url in my browser it tells me "SugarChimp Webhook Receiver is setup properly!" Which is what I would expect. I have double checked the webhook is attached to the right audience. I admit I'm not overly familiar with mailchimp and more familiar with suite so could be doing something wrong, but from what I can see from the set guides I've done everything I should.

    Thanks for reaching out. When things are working properly, the webhook should be set up automatically. Can you tell me if you manually added a webhook to Mailchimp or did the integration do that for you?

    It sounds like the webhooks aren't able to reach your SuiteCRM instance. Can you tell me if you're behind a firewall or using a VPN?

    So that I can take a closer look, can you send a screenshot of your Health Status page to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com along with the license key you're using?

    Hey, thanks for getting back. The webhook was not setup automatically for mailchimp, I had to manually add it. The integration gave me the URL for the webhook after completeing the setup.

    We do have any VPN or firewall to block the connection. I will send you that screen shot in an email just now

    Thanks for sending that along. Looking at the screenshot, it looks like 'unknown' is displayed as the SugarChimp version. If installed fully, this should display the version number you're using. Typically when installations fail (which would explain why the webhook wasn't added automatically as well) it's a result of permissions issues. Can you review required permissions at the link below and let me know if that resolves the issue?
