#1782 - Workflow sending via Mailchimp
HI, I would like to ask if the emails that are sent via workflow, are they using Mailchimp email server to be sent?

Thanks for reaching out. If an email is being sent based on a SuiteCRM workflow, the email is being generated from SuiteCRM directly. More information about finding these workflows and setting them up can be found here: https://docs.suitecrm.com/user/advanced-modules/workflow/
The only time emails are sent by Mailchimp is if a campaign was set up within Mailchimp directly. Campaigns can be sent in bulk, or triggered based on fields synced from SuiteCRM to Mailchimp. You can see these sent campaigns directly in Mailchimp.
