  Please clarify "open /custom/service for access (in Apache)" Are you talking about permissions? (Chmod)

  I get Internal Server Error when I try to access /custom/service/gmsync/rest.php in a browser.

  Also, I installed the plugin into Outlook 365 Version ‎4.0.3.0‎ into my Exchange account. It appears to be working and the Test Connection to outlook in the plugin returns Connection Successful. I am accessing Outlook 365 using Chrome web browser.
