  The new 7.11.x version did work, whereas the 7.10.x still had the same issues as before, despite the fact our crm is a 7.10.x version. Doesn't matter which one as long as it works but just thought you might want to be aware for the future. Thanks for fixing the issues

  We are US Central Daylight Time (GMT - 5). Anytime between 9:00 am here and 5:00pm here would work well for me, although I do understand that doesn't have very much overlap.

  Unfortunately not at this time. Our server is behind a firewall and unable to be accessed remotely, as it is intended for internal use only. We would be willing to provide logs, screenshots, or any other types of information that may assist with troubleshooting.

  In short, no. 7.10.x add on shows the incorrect from name. 7.11.x at least does THAT properly. However, please look at the image to see what 7.11.x looks like during setup.

  I was able to get this to work properly by installing the 7.11.x version of the add on. However, because we use version 7.10.x, the settings under each profile don't show a lot of the labels for the text when we use the 7.11.x version of the add on
