I had raised a ticket to twilio regarding the issue which we were facing and here is what they have replied:
Thanks for your response.
As per the conditions, if the message was created with the Content API or Content Editor, it may be one of the following: The customer has not included a messaging service SID The customer is still using "body" instead of "Content SID" and "Content Variables"
Here I could see that you're using "body," hence the issue.

Still the sms not being delivered. Now getting again the same error: Failed to send freeform message because you are outside the allowed window. If you are using WhatsApp, please use a Message Template.
Now I have an approved template in twilio which says:
Dear User,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We will get back to you in a while. Please provide us more details about the product you are looking for. Thanks

I have created the exact same template in the crm and saved it. When I go to send whatsapp sms from the accounts module, I am still seeing the older email template there. Although I have disabled the sms template for the older template but it still shows there and the new one is not reflecting there.

How can I attach the template, you want me to create a text document and paste the content of template and upload it. As I cannot find option to download the template from twilio.

Hi Brainvire team,
After enabling the twilio live api, we are receiving error while sending whatsapp sms from suite crm to user. Here's the error:
Failed to send freeform message because you are outside the allowed window. If you are using WhatsApp, please use a Message Template.
I have created a whatsapp template in Twilio and is waiting for approval. When the template is approved, where do we need to put the template id in suite crm.

I got the addon working there was a case typo in the entrypoint url: I put it as receiveWhatsappSMS but it should be receiveWhatsAppSMS

HI Brainvire team,
Twilio says that url is fine but told to upgrade the account from sandbox to live and I don't think that is required at the moment. The inbound and outbound msg should work fine in a sandbox account? For free demo period half of month is already gone and we are still not able to get it to work. I think we might need to drop this and start looking at other available whatsapp addons.

I have raised a ticket to twilio. But when I tried sending the dummy msg from inside the twilio. Both inbound and outbound msgs are working fine without any issue. And I have also checked there is no place where I have entered outbound url twice.

No I am not getting incoming messages in crm. I have configured url in twilio sandbox settings but no inbound logs are created in calls module.

Hi Brainvire team,
I am able to send whatsapp msg from crm to the twilio sandbox number but when I am replying to that msg from sandbox number it is not coming in crm and not showing in the history as well. I have configured the inbound hook settings as shown in the instruction video.
