Hello, Queries are stored in the SavedSearch table with search_module = 'SqlQuery'. Thank you and hope this helps.

By design, creating and editing of queries is allowed only for admins, since queries can impact the overall performance of the CRM system. Often times queries can be designed to take advantage of database various values as parameters based on users running them. Thank you and hope this helps.

Please see User Guide section at the end - Non-administrator users can access the module provided they are given the SQLQuery module URL [./index.php?module=SQLQuery&action=query] AND one of the following:
1 - they are assigned a SqlQuery role by an Administrator 2 - Authorized users can optionally create a dashlet from the SuiteCRM Dashboard: Add Dashlets > Click Web Tab > Website = paste the URL from above > Add
Thank you and hope this helps.

Greetings, All error handling is the same across all versions. The documentation indicates that unforeseen errors are recorded in the suitecrm.log. We often recommend using EverSQL SQL Query Syntax Check & Validator tool Thanks and hope this helps.

Greetings, Try using the LIMIT clause in queries on large tables with thousands of records or impose additional where conditions to limit the size of the result set being returned. Also, take a look at the suitecrm.log of your instance for other underlying issues cause by queries. Thanks and hope this helps.

Greetings, We are going to get back to with our tests with version 7.12. Do you see any errors in the suitecrm.log file? Please see https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/SQLQuery/user-guide for assigning an SQLQuery role to a non-admin user.

Greetings, Most often the suitecrm.log shows SQLQuery errors and hence no results returned. Did you try the sample demo queries?
