Hello Urdhva Tech,
Sorry for the delay...we've been very busy past month!
We upgraded to 3.2.26 and the problem still exists.
I have set up a test site (copy of our latest), and created an admin account for you. I also have set up FTP access to the instance's root. I'm new to Skype for LInux and just posted a message on Skype Chat. If Skype isn't going to work, may I send account credentials and links to email@example.com or other email address?

HI Team Urdhva,
We went ahead and reinstalled with great success! We completely uninstalled 3.2.4, including tables, then installed 3.2.5. There was cacheing going on and got the same problem, so Rebuild Relationships and did a Quick Repair and Build. Then everything worked fine!
Thank you for the quick response and fast release of 3.2.5!

This an excellent and maturing addon with a great support team. Being new to SuiteCRM (7.8.x LTS) we've been familiar with the challenges that addon authors face with the rapidly evolving core system. Can you image having to support three simultaneous SuiteCRM releases, building on and improving a neglected community edition? Well...Urdhva Tech is admirably rising to the challenges! Their documentation out of the box is quite good. The developers offer fast, friendly and efficient support in the ticket system. We ran into a couple of issues that were promptly addressed, including one very personal session via Skype chat that included giving access to our cloned instance at no additional cost! We're exploring the features and possibilities of this tagging addon, but very impressed so far! View Add-on
