Admin Guide

Configuration

  1. Go to Admin > MTS User Activity Log License Configuration > Enter your license Screen Shot 2020-12-09 at 21.41.49.png

  2. Hit 'Validate'

  3. Click on 'Continue' button > The system will redirect you to The Setting page Screen Shot 2020-12-09 at 21.45.41.png

  4. Drag & drop to enable or disable for modules you want
  5. Hit 'Save'

How to uses

  1. Monitor Activities From Navigate bar > On Top Right > Click on your username > Click on 'MTS User Activity Logs' Screen Shot 2020-12-09 at 21.48.33.png

  2. View Change Log from updated or reverted activities On the monitor activities page > On the updated activity > Click on 'View Change Log' Screen Shot 2020-12-09 at 21.17.00.png

  3. Restore deleted record On the monitor activities page > On the deleted activity > Click on 'Restore' Screen Shot 2020-12-09 at 21.53.49.png

  4. Revert updated record On the monitor activities page> On the updated activity > Click on 'View Change Log' > On the View Change Log modal > Click on 'Revert' Screen Shot 2020-12-09 at 21.57.03.png

  5. Export activities to PDF On the monitor activities page> Checked for your activity you want to export to PDF, you can check all activities or all activity of the current page > Click on Bulk actions > Export PDF Screen Shot 2020-12-09 at 22.00.05.png
