MTS User Activity Log is a tool that helps SuiteCRM admins easily track their users’ activities while working in the system. Another key feature is the ability for admins to revert or restore any record that has been updated or accidentally deleted by another user.
Admin Guide
Configuration
Go to Admin > MTS User Activity Log License Configuration > Enter your license
Hit 'Validate'
Click on 'Continue' button > The system will redirect you to The Setting page
- Drag & drop to enable or disable for modules you want
- Hit 'Save'
How to uses
Monitor Activities From Navigate bar > On Top Right > Click on your username > Click on 'MTS User Activity Logs'
View Change Log from updated or reverted activities On the monitor activities page > On the updated activity > Click on 'View Change Log'
Restore deleted record On the monitor activities page > On the deleted activity > Click on 'Restore'
Revert updated record On the monitor activities page> On the updated activity > Click on 'View Change Log' > On the View Change Log modal > Click on 'Revert'
- Export activities to PDF On the monitor activities page> Checked for your activity you want to export to PDF, you can check all activities or all activity of the current page > Click on Bulk actions > Export PDF
