AI Dashlet Generator - Administrator Guide
This guide provides basic instructions for configuring the AI Dashlet Generator
Configuration
API Key
- API Key Field: Enter your Gemini API key into the field labeled "Api Key."
- The key will be displayed as a series of dots for security.
- For help obtaining a Gemini API key, click the "Gemini API Key setup info" link next to the field label.
- Delete Key: To remove the currently saved API key, click the
Delete Keybutton.
Model Selection
- Choose Model: Select the AI model you want to use from the dropdown menu.
- The currently available options are
Gemini 1.5 Flash 002andGemini 1.5 Pro 002.

Data Synchronization
- Sync Data Structure: Click the button labeled
Sync your data structure(with the circular arrow icon) to synchronize your CRM data structure with the AI model. This is required when installing the plugin for the first time and might be necessary after making changes to your CRM's fields or modules.
Saving Settings
- Save: After making any changes, click the
Savebutton to save your configuration.
