How it Works
To schedule a Zoom meeting from within SuiteCRM, users simply need to create a new meeting using the SuiteCRM Meetings module. From the Edit View, select 'Zoom' as the meeting type. Once the meeting is saved, all invited participants will automatically receive an email containing the Zoom meeting join URL. This link includes the meeting password for easy access, ensuring a secure and seamless join experience.
Create a Meeting
As shown in the configuration example below, SuiteCRM users must select the meeting type as ‘Zoom’ in order to create a Zoom meeting.

Once the meeting is created, users will see a clickable Zoom icon to start the meeting. Once the icon is clicked, the meeting will begin. Zoom join URL will be sent to all the invitees.
