UPDATE (2-20-24 - I See Dev responded, so adding stars )
So this is probably one of the best plug-ins I’ve had a chance to test. The integration with Gmail works fabulously once you get it set up. You actually need to log into two separate areas (right in the plugin). I ran into some issues with permissions I believe or maybe it was roles…. But I got that sorted out by doing some testing with my consultant. MOSTLY…
I was very impressed that I was able to access all of the records right from within Gmail. That includes projects cases,,opportunities, l even some custom ones I’ve added. Additionally, I was able to edit the records. There are a couple of caveat where some drop downs don’t show up and maybe some other field types but this was very nice!
I would give this a five star rating if the developer would respond and I probably will do so if they do.
At the moment the plug-in is working very well, and I don’t even think I’m getting the full capabilities. If they do not respond, I may not be able to continue with my trial sadly since as I mentioned above I do believe I am not getting some features. I’m surprised there are not more very good ratings with just how it works out of the box.

If you are having issues with user access. Try adjusting roles. Admin seems to have no problems.
Note: If you have the Addon MTS Highlight - It uses HTML codes to colorize fields. These codes show up on Yathit. Ill' make a support ticket to see if it can be fixed. where you can see the issue.
Also custom drop down fields, and probably other field types may not be editable - checking with the DEV.
