Hi Maciej, I am using: Version 7.11.20 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

Yes for configuration I followed this guide you sent.

Could this problem be becouse my SuitCRM installation is accesible only through VPN and maybe SuiteCRM & VIES Integrator cannot conect with external database VAT number veryfication?

We need to look more at this problem.

Can you provide us with your login details so that we can check on your side?

PS. You are from Poland? Can we switch to Polish communication? It will certainly be easier for us.

W takim razie proszę uruchomić naprawę i przebudowę (łącznie z plikami JS) w administracji systemu.

Teraz w dashlecie DOWNLOAD VAT DATA pojawia mi się zamiast pola do wpisania numeru NIP napis: VIES: Subscription key for this integration is invalid or inactive

Napisałem emaila na office@evolpe.com Może lepiej gdybyście sami to zweryfikowali na instalacji tak jak proponowaliście powyżej?
