Nothing in zip except for a color.png, manifest.json and outline.png and will not install The zip file is missing a manifest.php file. Cannot proceed. We have paid for this.

There is no need to unzip the file. Please ask your IT admin to follow the instructions at: https://crmcollaboration.com/docs/implicit-for-teams-installation-guide/ and select the zip file as is.

It looks like you are trying to load the Teams module zip file to SuiteCRM as an extension module. The Teams zip file should be installed on Microsoft 365

We have added to teams but it says to upload the package manager to CRM module loader we only have one file and when we try that is says The zip file is missing a manifest.php file. Cannot proceed. Is there supposed to be more than one file?
