#4992 - manifest.php missing

Open Installation created by ddieste 9 months ago

In attempting to include the Integration for MS Teasm into SUiteCRM 7.13.4 I am met with the error message of a missing manifest.php. Which can only have its source on your end. Please investigate and advise.

    Hi,

We have re-tested and verified that the installation package works well and nothing is missing. Also, no other customer reported any issue with the installation. This leads us to believe that the issue is specific to your SuiteCRM instance.

Please see the suggestions at: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/55446950/suitecrm-the-zip-file-is-missing-a-manifest-php-file-cannot-proceed

Well, I looked into the the zip file and the stackoverflow. There is a manifest.json (aside from two image files) within the zipped file but in that file there are no references to any vardef inside that file. The answer from stack overflow is not exactly applicable I think as I am not working on internal files of SuiteCRM.

By the way is the zip supposed to only contain the mentioned json file as well as the image files? Or should I go ahead and build the manifest.php myself?

By the by, could this error be caused by my deployment on localhost?

Could very well be. Either way, as we mentioned, this seems to be specific to your environment..
