The package I have seems to be missing two entrypoint files

modules/DT_QuickBooks/EntryPoints/Token.php
modules/DT_QuickBooks/EntryPoints/QuickBooksAccessToken.php

Which means that any setup steps involving these files don't work.

Is there a way I can get a fixed package?
