#5636 - Connection between SuiteCRM and Mautic giving an error - invalid credentials
Dear Support, I'm trying to connect to my Mautic instance but on the API Configuration I'm getting Invalid Credetials error. And when I try to login with the same credentials on the Mautic site and works fine. FYI: I did these steps -> Open Administration page, Click on the Repair from the Admin Tools Section → Click on the Quick Repair and Rebuild.

Have you enabled API in your Mautic Account? If not then please follow below steps, 1.Ensure the API is enabled in Mautic: - Log in to your Mautic instance as an admin. - Navigate to Settings (the gear icon in the top right). - Under the API Settings section, make sure the API is enabled.
- In your Mautic instance, go to Settings (gear icon), and under API Credentials, click on the Manage API credentials. - Click on New to create a new set of API credentials. - Choose OAuth2 as the authentication method. - After creating the credentials, you should see the Client ID and Client Secret which will be required to authenticate API requests.

You need to enable both the API and HTTP Basic Authentication from your Mautic account, as it is Mautic's policy to use these settings for API calls.
