#5364 - SuiteCRM connected but not updating fields

I have installed the Jotform integration 8.5 on my Bitnami SuiteCRM 8.6 software. I have connected jotform and mapped the appropriate fields I wish to have data copied into, however when I submit my Jotform, the data does not transfer. Is this because of the SuiteCRM version I am using? I have my SuiteCRM available, online, using port 10443. Is there a specific port it needs to be on? Does it need to be 443? Is there something different I need to configure?

    I installed SuiteCRM 7.14 with the cooresponding integration. Added the Jotform API, filled out the Jotform form with the fields mapped for the data I wanted, and no data populates in my SuiteCRM. Please let me know what I need to do to remedy this.

    Is it possible for you to share your CRM Login Credentials, FTP Details where you hosted your CRM and your JotForm Login Details?

    If yes then share with us on "techsupport@varianceinfotech.com" so we can check your issue and you'll get quick solution

    Also can you please tell us your PHP Version
