Hi, I would like to understand how the Google Calendar Sync add-on works regarding Google account configuration.

Is the Google account configuration global for the entire CRM installation, or can each CRM user connect and configure their own individual Google account/calendar?

    Dear Customer,

    Each user must authorize their own Google account to use the Google Calendar Sync add-on. However, the calendar used for synchronization is a single calendar configured in the Admin Panel. All synchronization activities are performed through this configured calendar.

    If you would like each CRM user to sync with their own individual Google Calendar, we can implement this functionality through additional customization. Please note that this would require extra development effort.
