#5264 - Not able to configure
Hello. I am setting up the free trial and am having trouble configuring. Getting a error screen when I select Google Calendar > Configuration
This page isn’t working crm.xxxxxxx.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500
Also BTW, not sure if the validation is working either. I enter the license code, select validate. it seems like it is trying to load but not much happens. If I then refresh or re-access the licens configuration page, the license key is blank again.

Plugin was not compatible with PHP8. we have fixed the issue and uploaded latest package in store. Can you please take latest package and verify.

Thank you. This has helped and I think I have it all configured. However when I now try to Authorize under my user profile... I goes thru the google account selection, then continue, then allow. BUT then it says "Error : Failed to get calendars list"
Any suggestions?

I am making headway, thank you. Few questions:
1) the setting "Sync from Gcal to module:" I can only pick one. What does this do? does this control where things go into CRM? If I pick tasks in this drop down, will it create a tasks in CRM? How?
2) Sync from modules to Gcal: I assume that whatever I check here will go to google. Is that correct? But they only go to google calendar, correct? Is there any way to create a google task??

-- Yes if Meeting is selected then Meetings from Google Calendar gets synced in CRM.

-- Yes it goes to Google Calendar. Do you want to create Google Tasks from CRM? It requires customisation.

We analysed Google Tasks Api and found that Google Tasks can be created from CRM but time is not supported via Google Tasks API. Tasks getting created in Google Tasks will only stamp date and not time. If you still want to go ahead with this customisation. We can do this customisation

Yes, it would be great if the task could be created in google tasks. I understand that the task due date may not be supported. BTW, I did see someone else posting about this in another forum and I would go back there and post your link if we were able to add this feature.
BTW, the reason this is important to us is because if we push CRM tasks into google calendar, then that slot is blocked out and that timeslot is not longer viewed as 'available' in the calendar. Tasks would solve this for us.
BTW #2. While you are at it, it might be nice to be able to sync both, e.g. CRM tasks to google tasks, and CRM calendar to google calendar. e.g. multiple settings. For us we would be ok with just tasks to tasks but I'm just sharing that the option may be nice to have.
