A blue drop zone will appear on the SuiteCRM page

It is not working! Debug is ok,but the real application not working as expected... I need tech support to contact me

    Hi, Thank you for trying our plugin. Sorry you have experianced installation issues.

    Please can you answer / provide the following:

    1. SuiteCRM version o e.g. 7.x / 8.x (and exact version number)
    2. Environment details o Server OS (Linux/Windows) o PHP version o Web server (Apache) o Database type/version (MySQL/MariaDB)
    3. Browser details o Browser name and version (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)
    4. What exactly happens when you drag and drop o Does the blue drop zone appear? o Does the file upload start at all? o Any error message shown on screen? o Does it fail silently?
    5. Where it fails o Which module/record types are affected? (e.g. Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Cases, custom modules) o Does it fail on all records or only specific ones?
    6. Console errors from the browser (very important) o Open the browser Developer Tools (F12) → Console tab o Reproduce the issue o Copy and paste any red error messages
    7. Network errors from the browser (very important) o In Developer Tools → Network tab o Reproduce the issue o Check for failed requests (red entries), especially 4xx/5xx errors o Please send screenshots or export a HAR file if possible
    8. SuiteCRM logs o If you know how to, please provide suitecrm and Apache error logs.
