I would like an Admin Filters that allow admin to create the same filters for all users. This would allow for a consistent view for all users set up and maintained by ADMIN user. Is this possible to do with this plugin currently?

Currently the feature which you mentioned is not available.
We can add option in the configuration page where you can select the users for which you want to allow the filter for other users created by Admin.
