#5915 - Approval Process error after the server cannot be access from outside network
Hi, My IT department just set our SuiteCRM server denying all outside access, only allowing connections from internal network.
I wonder is this restriction creating a problem for Approval Process malfunction? I Just got an error said "Approval Process is No Longer Active, Please renew your subscription or check your license configuration"
I checked my subscription just renew in March 2026. Any solutions or comments?

The issue you're encountering is most likely related to license validation. The Approval Process add-on periodically validates its license by connecting to the SuiteCRM Store server. Since your IT team has restricted all outbound access, the system is unable to complete this validation, which is why you're seeing the message that the approval process is no longer active.
A practical solution would be to whitelist the following domain on your server/network:
https://store.suitecrm.com
Allowing outbound access to this specific endpoint will enable the license validation to succeed, while still keeping your system secure from general external access.
