  We were able to resolve the issue by making an alteration to the PHP code in the following file:

  /suitecrm/modules/dt_TwilioCalls/outfitterslicense.php

  The alterations were made at line 543:

  Original Code:

          // get default payload data
          $data = static::get_default_payload($module, $custom_data);
  

  Alterations made:

          // get default payload data
          $api = new SugarOutfitters_API();
          $data = $api->get_default_payload($module, $custom_data);
