  Thank you for the quick reply.

  No folders were created under cache/upgrades/temp; however, it is already owned by apache with read-write privilege.
  The owner of index and permission is also under apache and its permission is attached.

  Thank you for providing the update. I followed along the instruction to update the module and still experiencing issue with drilldown.

  I created a test report, with drilldown toggled off, I am able to select "Next step" in Opportunity and specify the filter string to be "Equip to" the one I typed in. But when I toggle on drilldown, the filter option only allows "Start with" and the dropdown box is not clickable.

  It happens when "DrillDown" is selected. After uncheck it, the report is fine. Please advise when could this be fixed? We need the drill down feature to fully utilize our reports. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  My question is, since forecast amount is based on the amount I input for opportunity, will the forecast amount stays the same in the case where the quotation amount for that opportunity is reduced? Say, we have an opportunity of $10,000 to start with, so we input $10,000 for the opportunity amount which also makes the forecast amount $10,000. But at the end of negotiation, the customer agreed to pay only $8,000. Now, do we change the opportunity amount from $10,000 to $8,000? If so, wouldn't the forecast amount changed as well? Or is there a proper way to do in such scenario that will keep the forecast amount at $10,000 and the closed won amount at $8,000? Thanks.
