Hi Steffen,
Thank you for the interest to our product.
You can set permissions to view Reports module using standard SuiteCRM roles functionality for specific users or groups.
However, out of the box you can not hide special table attribute within the report. This is something that can be implemented additionally.
Please contact us at support@richlodesolutions.com to discuss or if you have any other questions.
Thank you!

Hi,
By default, when Drill down option is checked it triggers a usage of different set of filters and fields when you create report. This is done because of the difference between SugarCRM filters functionality and Reports functionality.
So if you want to use a drilldown option in report, you should apply the same filters that can be applied on a module list view. In your example, Opportunity->Next step field is a text field, and filters are only allowing to search via this option.
If you want to have more complex filter parameters, you will not be able to use a drilldown option.
Hope this makes sense for you,
Kind Regards, Richlode team.
