Many thanks for your feedback, the store team should be processing your refund shortly. In the meantime could I ask what it is you are trying to acheive within the report module that you can't do without customising other sections of the query please?
We have always found that it is the Where portion that is lacking rather than the fields you can select or the ordering/grouping etc. As such more detailed feedback will allow us to improve our plugin.
I found this simple to install and it works well. There are a couple of things missing that would be good, but excellent value for the price.
To be clear the things I consider to be missing are as follows and I believe only really highlight that this is a new product:
No Central contacts/email search/list - you can search for a contact/lead/etc. from and email but there is no general search for a contact to create a new outgoing email within Outlook.
No Attaching to a Case (or creating a new case).
The plugin doesnt appear in my mobile (iOS) Outlook - I know this feature is a possiblity but its not there (I wasn't actually expecting it to be, but the mobile outlook has the capability and other plugins can provide it).
I installed this to use with an email based support system. Fed up of just receiving emails (that tend to get added to Junk or Clutter) I wanted actual notifications. Along with the PushBullet app (which needed a bit of fiddling - more than this plugin) this now provides exactly what i want - Push notifications and pop ups when I get urgent support queries.
