We have tried this on 3 different system with Outlook 2016, 2019 and Office 365 and the instructions do not make sense. The Actions items listed do now show up on the menu. Outlook is supposed to be opened on the desktop and the manifest.xml is added to Oultook. This does not work.
Yes it is a MS Exchange server as the mail backup.
I did as you suggested and there are no more errors.
However SuiteCRM has stopped syncing contacts to Outlook. I have gone into SuiteCRM and selected several contacts and chose the option to Sync to Outlook. The plugin setting are set configured to send SuiteCRM contacts one way to Outlook. I did that this morning and the contacts in Outlook have not updated after several hours.
Can you give me a general timeline for support in Outlook 2019.
