I juste tried to execute your fix procedure again (removed the entry in regedit and reactivated the add-in in OUtlook) but unfortunately , the SuiteCrm entry does not come back in the outlook menu. Which logs are you waiting for ? How should I activate this ?View Comment

I can't apply the fix you gave me each time I closed and restart Outlook.

I do not see any SuiteCRM entry in the Outlook menu any moreView Comment
- nor in the menu appearing after a right click on a email
- nor in the outlook options (in the French version, I guess its the settings menu in English)
