I have installed the plugin on another instance of SuiteCRM 8.6.1 running Apache and PHP 8.2
I have a similar problem where the Bulk SMS feature isn't displayed in the Accounts/Contacts/Cases/Leads/Meetings/Calls modules.
Looking at the Apache error log, I see messages related to an undefined array key in the Twilio plugin config file. See below. Please let us know if you're able to fix this problem
