User Guide

Enable Notifications for Users

Users must link their Telegram accounts:

  • Go to the user’s profile in SuiteCRM. (Access to the detail view by access profile and hit Save. The button will visible in below the Photo field)
  • Click the Enable Telegram Notifications button.

  • It will request you to open bot in your telegram > Open bot in your telegram then click Start

  • The bot will response the result if enable successful
