#220 - Connection to Exchange Server

Hello,
Current status of Exchange connection test fails with the following error:

  1. Exchange Host: OK

    1. Exchange connection test can not run because there is no user connected from CRM to exchange.of

Where can I configure the user which is needed for the connection between CRM to exchange ?

    Hi,

    You can configure which users synchronize with Exchange in SuiteCRM. After you installed the SuiteCRM module, you should see the "SweeterSync - User Options" module.       Hi,

      Thanks for your feedback. Now I have configured the Connection between CRM and Exchange. But I getting the following error:


      • Login to Exchange
      • Create Calendar categories (Principal name: TESTUSER)

      • There was an error at user synchronization! User ID: xxxx Message: The expected XML node type was XmlDeclaration, but the actual type is Element. -    at Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.EwsXmlReader.Read(XmlNodeType nodeType)

      How can I fix this?
