    Just FYI, below are the errors for different file formats

    Docx - page not previewing - says no preview available
    xslx - page not previewing - says no preview available
    JPG - An error occurred We're sorry, but for some reason we can't open this for you.
    PDF - An error occurred We're sorry, but for some reason we can't open this for you.
    PNG - An error occurred We're sorry, but for some reason we can't open this for you.
    TXT - An error occurred We're sorry, but for some reason we can't open this for you.

    Was an issue with the location of the files getting uploaded, We has a custom location and not the default. Support updated the code for us. Thanks
