  So we would have one client for example that needs a company setup here in China, so there are different parts of the process (lets say 7 steps) each step would have a different cost, and we would like companys to be bill for each step. Sometimes the company gets rejected during step 5, but we have done all the work up to that point and want to get paid after each step is completed and awaiting approval.

  I guess we could invoice each step individually but we need to tie it all together some how. So i guess this how the workflow would work?

  1 service, 7 steps, different payment times for each step. if that makes sense

  Thanks for the reply. We are a small company that provides accounting/hr/payroll/companysetup etc and right now are basically using excel files
